Disliked: The rooms do not provide water bottles or a kettle.

Very comfortable and quite nice...

Liked: The bed was extremely comfortable and the room big and most important very quiet. I also liked (since I didn’t book breakfast) you could get a coffee downstairs and just take it up in your room. The staff was also very easy going and always helpful. The train was close by which made going around the city very easy.
Disliked: It’s not a didn’t like, more like something that wasn’t for me: the breakfast price is 19 euro - for me it’s too much.

Great bathroom and friendly staff,...

Liked: The bathroom was fantastic – spacious, well laid out, with great water pressure. The lobby staff was friendly, and the overall design of the hotel was pleasant.
Disliked: The rooms were very small, leaving no space to properly place luggage. Communication was difficult as the staff at the lobby didn’t speak proper English, which was surprising for a big city like Hamburg and a large hotel chain like Holiday Inn. Also, there was no makeup mirror at a suitable height for my wife, which made things inconvenient.
