Very good

Liked: The hotel is in the center of Kiel. The breakfast is very nice and they have 24 hours service with drinks and snacks. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: The beds are in the hard side. But besides from that nothing negative to say.

Very Unhappy!

Liked: It's a mostly decent hotel in the city centre, but their desire to make their own lives easier, over customer satisfaction, let's them down badly!
Disliked: The shower was awful, one minute hot, the next cold. Check out is 12 noon, so why are the cleaners banging insistently on the door at 10.30am?! Absolute arrogance on behalf of the hotel and a total lack of respect for customers!

Nice place at a prime...

Liked: The room and the location were both exactly what I needed and enjoyed.
Disliked: The way the shower was situated made it really hard not to get water on the floor.
