Disliked: They messed up my reservation and tried to charge extra for the room I had already booked. I had to show them the correct price on Booking.com and spent almost an hour at reception. The staff member was unprofessional, and the experience was frustrating.I had loved this hotel in the past, but this stay was a disappointment.
