Enjoyed our stay and would...

Liked: Convenient location, close to tram station and retail park with restaurants. Very clean and modern, lots of parking. Free hot drinks. Staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Some noise at night.

Awful stay at the Niu

Liked: It was clean give the domestic staff a raise
Disliked: Arrogant reception staff, very noisy, atrocious breakfast, unable to have a decent coffee as both coffees machine were off, very bad mattress yiu could feel the springs and the rooms are so small that you can't move if you 2 people in the room, no wardrobe or any space where to put your clothes!!

Comfortable friendly hotel near to...

Liked: Clean and comfortable room. Staff helpful and close to tram station.
Disliked: Parking not included and was £5 per 24 hours which is reasonable. Not coffee or tea making facilities in room. Free tea/coffee down stairs in restaurant.
