Liked: - the location is close to the sbahn
Disliked: - the staff was incompetent and barly friendly or helpfull- their hotline is never reachable by phone- they asked me to pay twice since they didn't honor my booking via booking.com and wanted to be paid again- only a single towl and key card for two person staying in one room- half broken sink in the room- wrong bed type advertised. it's not a double bed but rather two beds pushed together

Liked: Great hotel. The location is good. Not directly in the city but well connected. Room is clean and stuff was friendly.

Liked: The hotel is quite close to public transportation hubs. You can easily and quickly reach every point of the city. The staff is very helpful in every matter. It was also very good in terms of cleanliness. We were very pleased with our visit. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Hamburg.

Liked: Overall the place is nice even tho is a bit far from the city center. You can easily reach it with public transportation. Our room was facing the main street but with the window close we couldn't ear street noises. There's a nice walk through a canal next to the hotel that will lead you to a lake.
Disliked: Everything was ok
