Liked: good location, easy access to the city center
Disliked: We arrived at night and it was very difficult to get to the hotel, no one opened the door for half an hour. Breakfast was poor, the choice was small. The most important thing was the beds, after ordering the most expensive room with a large bed, we got two separate beds connected by a strap. When we asked to change the room according to the order, it was explained that they do not have double beds, only separate ones.

Wonderful place with a ton...

Liked: People were so incredibly friendly there and very happy to help. The place was also very stylish and had a lot of that amazing Berlin charm to it - that heavy artsy East Berlin vibe to it while still being very clean and professional! There were interesting things like art workshops and it all seemed to celebrate how graffiti is not vandalism but an expression form. Train access (The Ring S41/42 and an U-Bahn line) is very close and useful
Disliked: Only negative part is probably out of their jurisdiction. The hotel itself was perfectThe segment just before the hotel doors feels rather uncomfortable to be around. It’s a bit of a dark area right before the entrance to the Ring-Centre, and late at night it’s barely lit up and it feels like a dangerous alley way to get to the wonderful hotel. An alternate door would be nice but I understand it’s just the location.
