Liked: Great place! No nonsense, just very good and super friendly stuff!
Disliked: maybe more vegan options at the breakfast, but it was good anyway!

Disliked: No AC despite being listed as an amenity. Staff should have mentioned this prior to giving the room and either offered to switch rooms or given some money back since this was a listed amenity.

Is was just OK!

Liked: Generally, the hotel decoration was good, and the staff at the reception were kind and helpful, especially the Brazilian lady.
Disliked: We spent a week at the hotel, and the daily room cleaning was subpar. Additionally, we always had to ask for a towel because they took it away, or even the shower gel container. The cleaning staff were very noisy, including the lady who supervised them. I also think that at least a kettle and two cups should be available in the room. A small freezer would be ideal too.
