Liked: The staff were very nice, with the exception of the staff member who checked us in initially. The location is central, and it's easy to get around. However, it is in a rough part of town. The rooms are clean and the housekeeping is friendly.
Disliked: We informed the hotel of our late-night arrival due to a delayed train, relying on their advertised 24-hour reception. Despite multiple calls, we couldn't confirm our check-in. Upon arrival at 3 AM, no one answered the bell, and we had to enter the lobby via a parking garage without lights, which felt unsafe, especially due to the area the hotel is in. The reception was unattended, and we waited another hour before an employee finally appeared without an apology or explanation. The check-in experience was unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. Additionally, the rooms were very small.
