Exceptional!!!

Liked: It was my 3rd time staying at the Niu, Franz (stayed in Vienna in 2021 and in Berlin in 2023) and it was exceptional as the first time. I really like the hotel design, room is comfortable, clean, AC works just fine, clean towels, handy location few minutes from city center, friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

Disliked: We looked for a place with parking included, that what was written when we ordered.. in the hotel we had to pay 20€ for the night

Liked: The hotel is ideal for those with a limited budget and for stays between 2 to 4 days. The bathroom is a bit small and lacks ventilation, and the room is also on the smaller side. However, the room was cleaned every day. The breakfast could be improved — the croissants were very good, but there was only one type of cheese and one type of cold cut. There were also jams, fruits, and cereals, but overall it could have been more varied. Hygiene could also be improved a bit, but it’s definitely not as bad as mentioned in some reviews — it was at an acceptable level. If I were to come again with the same budget, I would stay here again.

Disliked: Small room, no phone in the room to contact the reception. Limited breakfast option.
