Liked: I recommend this place for a family stay. The Hotel is a bit away from the main attractions, but it has Tram access just in front of it. Good stay.

Disliked: No amenities like water glasses, slippers and house keeping staff were just not good enough. No kettle for coffee etc were placed which is essential after long travel. No room intercom and for requirement you got to get down.

ok hotel for the price,...

Liked: Hotel itself is clean and rooms are good size. Basic but clean and having shower and WC separate was definitely great. Shower had glass wall separating bedroom so bit awkward.We did not have any breakfast in the hotel as we wanted to try Viennese food as much as we can. But I looked at spread and it was ok. Area is ex industrial, train station surround area with various office buildings around. So in the night it gets very quiet and feel too remote. But the connectivity is very good with tram stop exactly in the front of the hotel which takes you to city centre in 10 mins. Also, there is train station in 5 mins walk distance which covers lot of central and other areas.
Disliked: Staff was bare minimal. Room was very hot, I understand there is restriction I guess on keeping AC off until peak summer but it was 25 degree's that day and being inside the apartment it must be even more, we were not able to sleep properly in the night. At least provide a fan.Area was ok, there is not much around it, very quiet in the night.
