Noisy and bad staff.

Liked: Rooms were spacious and bed was ok. There was Nutella at the breakfast.
Disliked: First of all, the hotel let pets inside, that is ok. What is not okey, is that the dog next door keeps barking for 3 hours (at 11pm) and there is no policy to deal with this. When unable to sleep, the hotel staff don’t do anything AT ALL to solve the problem. They can’t change rooms, they can’t call the owners, they don’t even know about the noise policy when asked, they simply just say they can’t do anything. This is unacceptable because if you pay to sleep at a hotel, you expect to be able to sleep. The staff was very rude (in particular de German grandma at the front desk, very passive aggressive at not soft skills whatsoever). The hotel is okey however how this is as handled leaves a lot of room for improvement. I would NOT recommend this place, spend your money elsewhere.

Liked: I don't particularly like anything in that hotel
Disliked: You never see a smile on the faces of any staffs. Perhaps it's Germany and people act a little colder but we meet with some polices outside the building and they greeted us. We won't be back here.
