Nice hotel with disappointing customer...

Liked: The hotel is modern and clean, with very easy access to public transportation. Our room was well-decorated and had excellent air conditioning and a spacious shower. The reception lounge was well stocked with games, a bar for drinks and snacks, and comfortable seating which was perfect for our group to gather before attending a concert.
Disliked: I was very disappointed with the staff and service. In my opinion, they are poorly trained and do not care about customer needs. Despite contacting the hotel in advance, none of my requests were honored. I booked three rooms and asked for them to be near each other, but we were placed on separate floors. I also made a separate booking to extend our stay and repeatedly requested to remain in the same rooms, both in advance and at check-in. Although I was assured this was noted, it wasn’t arranged, and we were inconvenienced yet again on our final day to check-in once more. Even after receiving keys for the extra night and believing it was all sorted, housekeeping still disturbed us because they expected the room to be vacated.Lastly, I was unknowingly signed up for an IHG rewards membership at check-in and have since been spammed with multiple emails daily without my consent. This lack of transparency is unacceptable as the hotel staff never mentioned or explained this to me.
