Liked: 18 min from airport on train.Very close to the centre of town.Excellent staff and facilities.
Disliked: Many drug takers on the streets.We never felt threatened but may not be suitable for young children.

Disliked: The location is central which is great, but the hotel is around the red light district near Frankfurt main. Not dangerous just something to be mindful of.

Modern Hotel with Great Service,...

Liked: The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained, and the staff provided exceptionally friendly and professional service – they truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We also really appreciated having a secure parking space for our motorcycle, which was a big plus.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the location felt unsafe – the surrounding area was full of drug users and prostitution, which made it uncomfortable to walk around. The internet connection was extremely poor, which caused problems when we needed to plan our route. There was also constant street noise and, to make things worse, the neighboring guests were completely inconsiderate, partying through the night. Even after we requested quiet due to needing proper rest after a long trip, nothing was resolved, which left us very disappointed.

Good hotel in a bad...

Liked: The hotel is new pop up style. Very clean with good parking. Room is clean and very modern. The stuff was very very nice and we got coupon for drinks in a restaurant nearby.
Disliked: The outside of the hotel is one of terrible I have been. There are wired people in the streets and although the are police man there we did want to be there. It was good the we just came at night and left early morning for the flight.
