Liked: The rooms looked newly renovated and was very clean. The location is near Central Main Station.
Disliked: A lot of unemployed immigrants loitering around the area

Comfortable and decent stay in...

Liked: The location of the hotel was quite near the Frankfurt HBF and very accessible to tram services. The surroundings were a little chaotic but still considered safe. The hotel rooms were comfortable except the pillow was a little too soft. The breakfast is good, and the breakfast place is quite well-maintained by the staff.
Disliked: The pillow. They should have included the coffee machine in the rooms. You can "borrow" the electric kettle, but it was in a horrible state (the plastic was fading).

Liked: Very clean and pretty!! Central location however not ideal due to the circumstances near the main station.
Disliked: Too much waiting time for check in although there were three available desks, very little interaction from the personal while checking out

Great hotel, interesting neighbourhood

Liked: We had a great stay here. Friendly staff, very clean, comfortable beds, great breakfast and good price.
Disliked: We booked near the train station because we needed to leave by train early in the morning. I read in some other reviews that the neighbourhood near the hotel was a little rough but we were not prepared for seeing the streets filled with drug users some of whom were openly using crack. Great hotel but we will likely not stay in this part of the city again.
