Good room but very bad...

Disliked: I chose this hotel solely because of its convenient location to the concert hall and the availability of parking. Needless to say, I was unable to park my car when I arrived at the hotel? I booked the room 2 weeks before arrival and there was no information that parking should be booked in advance! I arrived at the hotel by car, and when I entered the parking lot, the bell did not work. I had to leave my car on the road and go to the reception to ask for the parking lot to be opened so I could park my car. At the front desk there were about 10 people waiting for the check in, the hotel staff refused to help me with my question before my check in.... I had to go back to my car, find a place to park it, and go to the check in again. When it was my turn to check in, the employee told me that I had my room, but no parking space, as they were all booked out. She only gave me a map where the “nearest” parking lot was indicated for 30 minutes on foot from the hotel..... This is just outrageous! Such a terrible service I meet for the first time! Dear employees of Holiday Inn hotel - put information about the limited number of parking spaces and the need to reserve them separately from the room in the description of the hotel!!!!

Hotel is fine for 1...

Liked: We came for the BMW museum. We chose this hotel based on the location. That was a great move, because you can park for free in the streets behind the hotel and walk in 18 min to the BMW museum. The hotel is fine. It looks nice, the room looks nice, most of the staff is nice. We had a comfortable stay, especially the beds are super comfy. However, there are some small minus points and weird things.
Disliked: For starters, the bathroom looks at first glance quite fancy, but then there is a shower curtain instead of a glass wall. This curtain is too short, so all the water goes underneath onto the whole bathroom floor, even when showering carefully. Another thing is that the construction of the hotel feels a bit cheap. When you walk on the floor, you can hear the floor. As in, it’s thin and people underneath you can hear you walk. You can hear people walk on the hallway from inside the room. But it’s all okay, we haven’t had too much disturbance this. And we don’t expect too much for this price. Last minus point, was the breakfast. There were some options in food, but we found it pretty limited. There were some bread options, but limited things to put on it, plus it runs out quickly. There was a pancake machine, which is fun, but the pancakes are very dense and a bit rubbery. There was scrambled eggs, but they run out quickly. There were bananas and apples in full form, but no mixed fruit salad or cut pieces of fruit. There were many tea options, but the coffee is not so great. And the cups run out quickly. Many things run out quickly and it takes ages to be refilled. I will say, we were here during Easter weekend, so the hotel was jam packed, so it was even worse. But we have been before to the Niu hotel in Dusseldorf during a quiet time, and even then the breakfast ran out super quickly and got refilled way too slow. When you do get the food, it’s pretty okay in terms of flavor.

Disappointed in Munich

Liked: The breakfast and staff were good.
Disliked: I was given a handicap room and asked to change but they said all the upgrade rooms were the same. There was no desk or chair in the room.

Superb

Liked: Amazing Experience. My wife really loved everything specially the Breakfast. Everything was very neat and Modern (Latest TV as well) and beds were super comfy.
Disliked: The bus Infront of hotel is not very frequent and has a long distance walk to U Bahn others
