Excellent city hotel

Liked: Excellent structure, with nice spa. The room was very comfortable. The staff went over and beyond to solve any issue. Location is well connected to the city centre by bus or taxis are easy to get and affordable.
Disliked: There was an issue with electricity in the room, but it was quickly fixed. Also, a tiny detail that could be better: power plug missing on one side of the double bed

An excellent choice for a...

Liked: The rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped with a fridge and espresso coffee machine. We enjoyed an excellent buffet lunch which was very reasonably priced at 28 Euros per person which also included a glass of wine, 500 mls water and coffee.We had to leave at 5.30 am for an early flight at Bari airport, so were not able to use the complimentary shuttle bus to the airport. However the receptionist booked a taxi which took 15 minutes to get to Bari airport and cost 30 Euros.

Lovely Place To Stay in...

Liked: Breakfast was great with lots of choices .. The bar was great for an afternoon drinkThus hotel also has a spa which is a bonus
Disliked: As the hotel is in a residential area and far from restaurants and bars it would have been good to have more dining options in the hotel. The pillows were not comfort however we have found this to be the case everywhere we have stayed
