This was a great location...
Liked: Room was great and larger than expected. Everything was clean and high quality. Staff were great.
Disliked: Room wasn’t available on time but they offered us free drinks. The check in counter always had people waiting. Need more staff or process people quicker.

Disliked: Staff attitude Wait for check in No water in room but charged for mini bar water. no paper no pen no extra TP in toilet - dirty room service in hallways at all times. Turn down knocking 4 times at 8;30pm when you’re jet lagged and exhausted. Never ending queue for check in. 100 usd for breakfast. Bell boy attitude when they just throw your bags in trunk with complete disregard to your bags and no clue on how to organise it. Disaster all the way. Didn’t hand me an item I stored with luggage for my kids’s camp. 25mns to get car from Valet. A complete and utter SHAME for price paid and 5 star Standard. Barely a 3 hotel. Great location as. That’s it. Zero service in bar… list goes on and on…

is not a 5-start hotel...
Liked: The location is good, near the park and the center of the city. The hotel is new, but they have to improve a lot to be a 5-star hotel. The room and bathroom are big, but they lack personality, totally empty.
Disliked: The hotel is not a 5-star hotel; it might be, but there are lots of things to change: train their staff, improve the facilities of their room. We had many problems with the room service, almost 45 minutes to bring in the room a cup of ice cream... 30 minutes to wait for the car from the parking lot(it was supposed to be 20 minutes). We waited more than 30 minutes. At the moment of the billing, they made so many mistakes with the credit cards, breakfast was poor, not many choices, and also the manager and waiters were not trained; they were trying to sell toasted bread as sourdough bread... for what we paid, we did not receive good service.

Modern and elegant.
Liked: Excellent location across from Commons, and along north end of Newbury Street. We stayed in a beautiful, modern room. Looking forward to the next visit.
