Liked: nice and cosy room. a bit old, but I liked it. It had all what I needed. low budget but good price-quality
Disliked: in the breakfast room was a lot of clean laundry, that was a pity, but it didn't bother me that much

Disliked: The en suite layout wasn't user friendly with doors orientation making entry and exit difficult.

Liked: I didn't stay. The staff were friendly and helpful though.
Disliked: We were shown to a room at the top of the building with very small windows and no fire escape. The television didn't work due to there being a thunder storm earlier, although the guy did try to connect us but didn't have any joy. The room had quite shabby carpet and a very hard bed, although the linen did look clean. It's above a pub and the clientele were quite loud and drunk. There were punch holes in the doors on the way to the room and the boy who showed us to the room said this was because there was a drunk person (who wasn't staying there) had started a fight and got upset when asked to leave. Overall perhaps if you're a young person who likes a drink, then this would be the place for you. Unfortunately, we had had a very hard day and just couldn't bear the thought of having no sleep. We left after 15 minutes and told the bar staff. She suggested I write to the owner to see if we could have a refund, which I did, but received no reply. I didn't expect a refund, it was cheap but unfortunately not cheerful.

Liked: Fantastic Stay, comfy bed, for the price you can't argue. no parking but there is on street parking around the corner.First impressions it doesn't look great but it's a very comfortable warm wholesome stay. i stayed a week with work, and there is plenty around for food and drink, there is a Marstons pub 10 minutes walk away.
