The room was large with a separate seating area. The bed was comfortable with lots of good pillows and the heater in the room was the quietest I've ever experienced in a hotel room. Consequently it was very quiet and comfortable. I would recommend.
Liked: Quiet; large rooms.
Disliked: $10.00 to park in their lot.

Overall good.
Liked: The mattress was great; we appreciated the microwave and fridge in the room; easy place to get to from main highway; close to venues that we were there for.
Disliked: We were told bad directions when we left of how to get back on main road heading north - wandered quite a bit on that advice. Also was a bit put out that you charge for breakfast - the room cost enough so breakfast would be complimentary.

The room was great aside from the two issues we had. We otherwise had a great evening out!
Liked: Staff very pleasant; nice room.
Disliked: Hair in the shower when we arrived; A/C was very loud at times.

Mediocre for the price.
Liked: The TV options were great. Some staff were amazing.
Disliked: No extra blankets when requested. Hot tub was luke warm and jets were broken.

A fabulous pet friendly hotel...
Liked: Pet friendly and perfect location. The rooms are perfectly suited.

Nice hotel in a great...
Liked: Hotel has a great location, rooms are just right size and very nice.
Disliked: We had a very bad experience with the staff. We didn’t interact with them much—basically only during check-in and check-out—but it was still horrible. During check-in, the woman at the desk couldn’t find our reservation. She said she had misheard my name, even though she was holding my passport. She didn’t clearly explain what extra charges we would have to pay, nor did she mention anything about the check-out process. Even though the interaction was brief, it was very unpleasant. Maybe it was partly my fault, but this was our third accommodation in six days, and this was the only place where we had a bad experience—despite it being the most expensive hotel of our trip.

Motel 6 experience at Hilton...
Liked: Breakfast was great, location was perfect, staff was nice BUT kept saying that room was only booked for one (not true, I rechecked this with Booking) Staff seemed to imply that we were trying to sneak an extra guest in.
Disliked: Gym door lock broken so gym not available. Expresso machine broken. Room refrigerated not working properly, kept items cool but not nearly cold enough. Stains on the carpet, blinds. Had to replace our room key three times because it wouldn't work -- each time staff insisted that my very ill husband had to come to the desk as only he was a guest even though the reservation was for two guests. Paying for parking --annoying!!! Paying for a bottle of water -- insulting.

Probably the worst experience I've...
Liked: Nothing, just wanted to get out of here as fast as posible
Disliked: The room, the poor condition of the facilities, internet was extremely slow, the fitness center was closed although supposed to be open 24/7, breakfast available 1 hour later than what stated, broken handles, flooded bathroom, no paper towels, sheets were overused with tiny pills on them.Worst was the staff: unkind and unwilling to help.

Felt ripped off for the...
Liked: The only positive was the location right next to downtown.
Disliked: Reminded why I booke vacation rentals, and not hotels like this. Door did not shut all the way, had to forcefully pull or push (hard) to get it to shut, felt very unsafe.Upon arrival the member of staff was so nice to the gentleman in front of me, but when helping me - very rude, short, and just tossed my keys across the counter.Room was not clean, and lots of broken things. Shower floor had hair on it, bathroom mirrors smudged with fingerprints and smears, cabinets around microwave/sink falling down and covered in dust, bedroom was smooshed in - felt like I was in a micro-apartment, , carpet needed vacuuming, and the towels had balled up hair stuck in them.Also, air conditioning barely worked and kicked on so loud it shook you awake. Plus 2nd floor ice machine did not work.Don't forget, they charge for every little thing - daily parking NOT included.
