Disliked: I didn't like being told was disable friendly when it was 5 narrow steps to reception. Staff couldn't be bothered. No breakfast even if you would pay bar shut had to change hotels couldn't phone booking.com and lost money by having to book somewhere else won't be using booking . Com again nor the b/b and I could tell you loads but NEVER BOOKING WITH ANY OF YOU AGAIN

Liked: Was close to the winter gardens where my daughter was dancing. the room was clean staff were friendly.
Disliked: Very basic not many plug sockets only 2 cups no glasses no plug for the sink needs updating shower quite old very small tv in room.

Liked: The staff are so very helpful and polite they will help with anything you need. The bed was clean and bathroom reasonable but as I say the staff themselves couldn't do enough for the guests theyre great
Disliked: They are doing their best but the hotel itself is undergoing work so they are limited in some ways.
