Spoilt by a shabby appearance...

Disliked: A leaking and rotten bedroom window was poor. No real ale in the bar is pathetic. Humourless staff bar member.

Food and staff great rooms...

Liked: Friendly staff good food
Disliked: Heating on full no way to turn it the shower had only cold water plaster hanging off the bathroom wall moved us to another room no door on the show so they turned the pressure down so the water only tickled out the rooms wear really bad

Liked: Great location for everything. Clean and comfortable very good for the money.
Disliked: Breakfast Service was a little slow and overpriced...

Liked: The location was in the middle of the town
Disliked: Room was damp , wallpaper coming off walls. In dire need of redecoration. One of the beds were broke , had to sleep on the floor . Sink taps both had red taps, so couldn’t tell which one was hot or cold. Showerhead was broke , and door locks were not very safe. Did complaine but still not had a reply from the hotel . Would not stay there again .
