Liked: Good location staff very nice room was clean had been recently updated beds were comfortable and clean.was good value for money would stay again. Was a nice bar downstairs food was lovely people friendly and welcoming overall enjoyed the trip was just what I expected for what I paid. Just be mindful you must be used to stairs to stay there as the hotel is on 5 floors but you are notified of this in advance
Disliked: Nothing it was great location nice cosy room friendly staff was Nothing I didnt like and their pet friendly!

Liked: It was a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, especially Sarah from room service – such a lovely, kind and helpful lady. The hotel was clean, with good food, nice views, and it’s very close to the beach, shops, and other attractions in Llandudno. I definitely recommend it and I will surely come back. :)

Liked: The location of the hotel was excellent, couldn't have asked for anything closer, yet just out the way.
Disliked: We stayed in a family room, it was a little run down and needed some tlc. My children stayed in a bunk bed. The ladder was broken so we had to lift the children up and down. They didn't feel safe.

Liked: Location was great and lovely staff.
Disliked: Very untidy on all landings and filthy stair carpets the place could do with a lift as there's a lot of stairs the place is badly in need of renovation.

Liked: Breakfast was not included and I didn't have breakfast
Disliked: The room, the hotel, the "restaurant "On the first night when i arrived i parked my car andcarried one of my bags up to my room. I then went back to my car for my other bag and when i got to my room, someone was inside it, holding a key with my room number on it when i had checked in minutes before. There was no hot water after the first night, the room was hot, there was no fan and I couldn't open the window. There were many many stairs to my room and there was no lift. There was inadequate room for my luggage, the towels weren't changed each day. The room smelled dirty. The TV didn't work. The bedside lamp (there was only 1) didn't work at all.

Liked: Great location, good food at the restaurant but I missed some options for babies and kids (like fresh fruits, vegetables)
Disliked: The shower was a nightmare in both rooms we rent. It was not that clean, the water was too hot or too cold, water pressure was not good, the shower box door was broken. We had a little accident with one of our kids, she had some wee in the bed at night and we asked for someone to change our sheet/duvet and they changed it but who cleaned it left the dirty sheet at the middle of the room, I don't know why they didn't took it with them.
