Liked: Very nice hotel, lovely place to stay.

Good location but expected more...

Disliked: Expensive for what we got ,cold showers,no plug in sink, plug socket falling off wall ,

Liked: there are noises after 12 o clock night too which is bit annoying.
Disliked: only disturbance after 12 o'clock night

Really enjoyed our stay and...

Liked: Had a really nice stay at the New Alexandra, rooms might be basic but they are clean and comfortable. Downstairs bar is reasonably priced and food was excellent.
Disliked: Check in was slightly chaotic but not really a problem and in no way had any effect on our stay.

Liked: The location was great the staff could not do enough for you the food was lovely great 4 nights away definitely booking again even carried my case from the room thank you
Disliked: Having to leave enjoyed the karaoke on Friday night lovely bar Carling lager cold and only £4.75 a pint

Well worth the money, just...

Liked: Large bedrooms
Disliked: Bedroom light was not working and the room could do with a new coat of paint as there was signs of wear and tear like damp
