Overall, we were pleased and...

Liked: Young woman working in housekeeping was very friendly and professional. She took pictures of the 2-3 minor concerns we had in order to discuss them with a supervisor/manager.We are a couple who have been together around 15 years but long distance 8 or so. When he's able to come back here, we get a room for 2-10 days. Usually we get a standard room with a small refrigerator & microwave so we spend A LOT dining out/using delivery. I was excited to find a room with a full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave & a small stovetop for only slightly more than what we usually pay. Dishes, flatware, saucepan & a skillet were provided, which was a nice surprise! We will almost certainly be back!Also, he loved the keyless entry.
Disliked: Post-stroke I have problems remembering numbers, so keyless entry was frustrating.There is no door-opening mechanism for handicapped patrons. I can walk (usually), but physically unable to hold the door open while my partner rolls my medical equipment & other belongings into the building & then into our room.The bathroom floor was not cleaned sufficiently (but was addressed).When we went to the reception area to request attention to the bathroom floor & to request an additional trash bag, the individual said they didn't know where to find bags that fit the wastebaskets in the room and they didn't make any notes. We learned from the housekeeper that individuals working in the evening (+other shifts) weren't managers or employees of the corporation but were residents who seemed to have had little or no training & not the greatest people skills.

Okay for the price.

Liked: No breakfast. Okay for basic stay.
Disliked: Didn't realize there wouldn't be much assistance re checkin etc... same person for check in/out as room service etc. Didn't realize what this hotel experience was all about.

Plan to be back in...

Liked: Room was perfect. Size and being able to move around, not feel cramped was excellent.
Disliked: I felt a kitchen hand towel would have been nice besides just paper towels. I used a bathroom hand towel instead.

Liked: Location is close to several restaurants and businesses. Very clean.
Disliked: Na

Surprisingly great

Liked: A no frills place. Very clean, comfortable, great staff. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great.

Our Stay in the Nest

Liked: Peaceful days and nights. No real issues.
Disliked: There was a dog barking a lot on Monday evening. So we dreaded night coming thinking we won't be able to sleep. But the barking did stop after a couple hours. Not sure if someone complained or if staff moved the dog to a barking proof room!!!
