Bad

Disliked: My credit card got hacked right after the front desk swiped my card. One of misused charge was $1900.24. I had to call credit card company to replace the card.

Superb

Liked: Great location, convenient wifi, nice room, nice staff. The breakfast was a bit ordinary, but better than a lot. It was uniform each day. Eggs, bacon, tater tots. The eggs and bacon were fresh. Also yogurts, bread, off-the-shelf muffins, and apples and bananas.
Disliked: a little bit of wear on the vinyl tile floors, but nothing too bad.

nice and clean rooms but...

Liked: rooms are nice and stylish. super clean.
Disliked: walls are paper thin. could hear literally everything our neighbors were talking and laughing about like if they were in the room with us. some dude was singing karaoke until 3am. barely got any sleep.

Cozy upscale motel, great location!

Liked: Location is great! Quiet spot, just steps from El Camino Real; the outdoor spaces, trees & landscaping surrounding hotel truly do make it feel like a cozy “nest”. Bed was comfortable, room is minimalist as described by other reviews, but very clean.Alexa at lobby reception on our evening of check-in was exceptional! We were celebrating our son’s engagement, and she had a set up a reserved spot by the outdoor fireplace, with the flowers & cupcakes I had delivered to hotel, all ready upon our arrival.
Disliked: Lighting in room was a bit odd/harsh. Bright LED ceiling light, bedside reading lights were too dim to be useful. Videos on hotel website should be updated: there is no longer “Fire & Vine” as far as wine bar goes- daily wine tasting is nice, but no snacks like charcuterie or cheese/crackers- just potato chips for purchase.Lobby coffee is decent, but no real creamer/milk (only CoffeeMate). It would make a big difference to offer better coffee bar with fresh pastry (Happy Donuts across street is amazing).
