Better customer service elsewhere

Liked: The location is fabulous. The room was spacious although the kitchenette is poorly placed in the doorway. Beautiful view from the balcony..
Disliked: My sister and I were travelling together and we were unaware that one of us would have to sleep on an uncomfortable pull out sofa bed. One particular staff member on reception was rude and unhelpful. Sadly the room cleanliness matched the attitude of the daytime receptionist. My first hohum experience on booking.com .
