An exceptional stay and one...

Liked: An excellent stay. We arrived later than expected but staff rang to check in on us. The Nautilus was central and in a great location. Our room was upgraded and we were given a bottle of wine on arrival as it was our wedding anniversary. So thoughtful. The room was clean and well resourced. Staff were friendly and we appreciated the lift. We will definitely stay here again.

Disliked: Uncomfortable fold out bed. Rubbish from previous stay still in the room.

Superb

Liked: Great view, comfy beds, friendly staff, clean, quiet and great hot tub.
Disliked: Parking was a bit tricky, not quite enough for the guests that were there.

Liked: The location was great and the staff were lovely!
Disliked: The rooms are quite dated / old I thought in need of a refresh. The pre-auth they take on your card prior to staying is quite large, and then they noted our card details down on arrival which I wasn’t super impressed by. I understand the pre-auth is to cover the minibar/damages but it just seemed a bit much - none of the 6 other hotels we’d stay at on our trip did this so found it a bit odd

Superb

Liked: Excellent location Beautifully appointed apartment with spar bath and modern bathroom, all quite clean, with lovely wooden furniture
Disliked: The towel rail is right next to the toilet
