Liked: Location is excellent.
Disliked: This is a business that choses profits over people. I will NEVER stay here again, due to the poor customer service. I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience, as the hotel refused to transfer my booking despite rooms being available and my willingness to pay any difference. Booking.com provided excellent support and advocacy, but the hotel’s unprofessional and dismissive handling of the situation caused unnecessary stress and additional expense. This has left me with a very poor impression of the property’s customer service.
