I will keep coming to...

Liked: The resort is fun!! I will continue to come there every summer!!
Disliked: My room wasn't ready until 6pm and the restaurant took an hour to prepare our dinner. It seems like you need to hire more employees!

Liked: The views were amazing
Disliked: Issues checking in and changing rooms. Rooms not stocked properly and very out dated.

Liked: Absolutely love the location. Pool and beachfront are amazing.
Disliked: The rooms are in need of a refresh. Carpet old and dirty, window coverings not working properly.

Liked: Great views of the lake.
Disliked: The air conditioner in our room was broken. The temperature in the room was over 100 degrees.

Liked: The pool facility and pool bar were fabulous!
Disliked: We had to wait for our room to be ready at check-in for an exceptionally long time. Even by 4pm the room was not ready.

Not too please this trip...

Liked: River access.
Disliked: The shower pressure was terrible. And there was no cold water. I waited an hour past check in time for a room to be ready for me. The restaurant food was terrible

Liked: Location
Disliked: Rooms needed upgradeMattress was lumpy and balcony carpet was ripped. Balcony chairs were broken Shower head was clogged.. we had booked 2 rooms and the resort charged me 20 more than what I was quoted by booking .com
