We loved our stay and...
Liked: Great location, about 10 minutes walk away from shops and restaurants. The pool area was very wellKept and serene. It was nice and warm, and the hot tub was great. We also enjoyed using the gym, sauna and steam room. Our room was very large and clean, and the staff was all very friendly. Had all the amenities we needed in the room.
Disliked: Sometimes it was very noisy from our residents or hotel guests playing music but it was manageable.

Liked: Good breakfast beside the pool.
Disliked: Room was disappointing: Water leaked from fridge: furniture in living area old and worn, Wi-Fi was very weak and poor; no pots and pans for cooking on the stove. We found the service at the front desk disappointing and, at times, unprofessional.

Dirty uncomfortable room with staff...
Liked: Cannot think of anything
Disliked: Service was dreadful. No notification that car access to entrance was blocked due to a festival which resulted in our uber driver only being able to drop us off behind back of hotel. We had 5 suitcases to carry to back door which was locked. Eventually a guest let us in but getting to reception was a problem as elevator needed room key to use. When I checked in the staff never apologised and just said they were too busy to notify us and the 5 other arriving guests. It was noon and as check in is normally 4pm they said they would call us if room became available earlier. They stored our bags and I asked for a key to be able to enter the back door that was locked. They were unable to do that. No one called us. The next afternoon when I complained our room had not been cleaned they said they only cleaned rooms on request and the request had to be made the day before. There is no mention of that on their website or on booking.com and no one told us when we checked in. We told them we wanted the cleaning service each of the three remaining days which they said they would do but they only managed to do so on 2 of the three days and on the other all they could offer was to provide sheets and towels for us to make up the roomNo apologies. The suite was not very comfortable, and not very clean, the bed far too soft, light switches never corresponded to lights, the coffee table was broken and was taken for repair but never reappeared or replaced.The staff seemed to just glaze over when asked questions and never followed up on promises. They have a no pets policy but at times the place was more like a kennels than a hotel for humans with dogs even running loose in the corridorOur recommendation is to avoid this hotel

Liked: Main lobby, restaurant and pool area were nice and clean.
Disliked: Room looked lived in with scuffs all of the walls. Sink and bathroom drains did not work properly. No one wants to stand in their dirty water to take a shower. All of my family members who stayed (4 other rooms) said they hated it too.

Liked: Overall it was a great stay. Loved having a balcony, nice pool area, great location, friendly staff,
Disliked: didn't like having to valet park the car. Coffee was not special. Sofa bed was not very comfortable; high add-on fees
