Muse Chch

Liked: Everything, great location, arty decor, bar on rooftop, excellent last minute price and booking.
Disliked: Bit noisy with works going on but necessary and no fault or impact on our stay.

Easy City Break

Liked: The Muse is surprisingly quiet for a city hotel with simply but tastefully decorated rooms. Great location and all you need for a city break.
Disliked: It's a bit banged up on the walls, could do with a coat of paint.

Liked: The feel of the room was a nice and luxurious one. The size of the room was ok and the bathroom was a great size.
Disliked: The only chair in the room had a broken leg so I couldn't use it. When I mentioned this, I was not offered a replacement from an empty room.I was travelling for work and needed to the table for working etc but had no chair.There were no towels in my room, so I rang to ask for some. When they were delivered, the staff member seemed annoyed that they had to do this.
