The Muse Amsterdam - Boutique Hotel

Saved me after a cancelled...

Liked: I was welcomed after midnight since my flight got cancelled and the airline told us to book a hotel ourselves. Also when I asked at the front desk in the morning they recommended nearby places to eat, like a fantastic cafe around the corner.

Good

Liked: It was in a very good central location
Disliked: It was extremely noisy, despite being on the 4th floor I could hear everything from outside and inside of the hotel.

Great location

Liked: Excellent staff. Very helpful. Great location. Walking distance to everything I wanted to see
Disliked: A bit pricey but then it is July and the centre of the city

Liked: The property is located close to landmarks of Amsterdam and public transportation. It is clean and efficient. I would like to give a shoutout to Flavio and Ming. They are very kind and helpful!
Disliked: A bit too small but hey it is downtown Amsterdam so I guess you have to take it as it is with this price tag!

Good location, friendly staff but...

Liked: Staff were welcoming and helpful. I liked the dining and patio area where you can sit and have a coffee. Great location in a neighbourhood with good transport links, close to restaurants and bars, and near Vondelpark.
Disliked: My initial room had not been cleaned well and there were hairs and other bits on the floor when I arrived. I immediately got switched to another room but it was clear the room had not had a deep clean in a while. For example the hairdryer wire, tops of switches and the TV remote were all very dusty. Also along the edges of the shower were dusty.
