My next stay in Amsterdam...
Liked: The location - it’s close to Museum square and also it’s easy to get from/to Airport, literally you just need to take a bus, which is cheaper many times than taxi and time to destination will be approximately the same.I’m enjoyed the common kitchen and terrace. Kat named Bella, is a local security. And of course, I’m glad that I met there two good guys, who are working there - Tycho and Oleksandr. My appreciation to you guys
Disliked: I can’t say here a lot, as mostly I’m enjoyed the stay. Maybe only if rooms could be a bit bigger, that will be a plus

Exceptional!
Liked: Excellent hotel, stay and tourist trip. Perfect location, between Amsterdam Zuid train station (Amsterdam South) and Museumplein (Museum Square) - Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, in a very safe and quiet area and a few minutes walk from them. From Amsterdam Zuid train station you can get to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport most easily and quickly by train (and vice versa, of course). Everything has quick and pleasant connections: Schiphol Airport - train to Amsterdam Zuid train station - tram to Hotel Muse. The hotel staff is exceptional: excellently professional and in attitude, very polite and friendly. Flavio and Ming are very kind and helpful! I would like to specially mention Flavio, with whom I spoke the most, a gentleman with a lot of international experience in the hotel industry. He is indeed impeccably educated professionally and morally, speaks several foreign languages, has a great life experience, and is always ready to explain anything to you and talk to you. He is an intelligent and open-minded person, being very helpful.Check-in and check-out very fast and without problems.I had a room with its own balcony (it is separated from the other balcony, of the next room, by some large plant pots), with garden furniture (table and two chairs). The view is towards the backyard, offering privacy. Also, being the highest balcony, on the third floor, it had no roof over it (but I was lucky with very sunny weather, over 30 degrees Celsius, and it didn't rain, so it was perfect). The room was excellent, being fully equipped with everything you need, all the amenities being of quality and perfectly functional. Very clean, very comfortable and extremely quiet. Coffee is free non-stop, from the dining area.I didn't eat at the hotel, because I devoted all my time to visiting the museums and other tourist attractions (many!) in Amsterdam. Overall, it is a very nice hotel, very safe, very clean, very quiet, excellent location, with perfect transport links. Thank you!

Pleasant
Disliked: If it wasn't for the tiny size, it would have been really good. Could barely fit two suitcases - constantly having to step over them as no room to comfortably put them to the side. And there was not a place to put your clothes. No drawers or dresser. There was one spot where you could hang things on a leather strap that was strung up, but it was only a small area and there was a chair under it so no room for anything longer to hang down. The staff was nice and location good, but the space was just too small (especially give the cost of the room) for two people and two suitcases and no drawers or dressers.
