So enjoyable and annoyingly short

Liked: Location. Vibes. Rooms and the bar. And a smiling and welcoming staff. That includes the trainee we had upon checking.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Liked: the hotel was beautiful & had wonderful food/drinks. however the room was not as advertised on photos, the space between the desk/chair & the foot of the bed was non existent. in the photos there’s a clear, prominent space in this area. this disappointed me after paying more money for a better hotel, i could barely walk between that space. and the toilet roll holder in the bathroom wasn’t screwed on properly it was hanging wonky. the staff were excellent though and the best thing about this place !

Liked: The hotel is an amazing building. The room was huge and absolutely spotless. We had an evening turndown service which we did not expect. Superb. The breakfast was lovely.
Disliked: It was a bit of a shame that the grandchildren could not have used the swimming pool, but we knew this in advance.
