I would stay there again,...

Liked: Breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: Shortage of signposts - kept getting lost in the hotel!Having to pay for spa access at £30 off peak, but I still did it and it was a lovely place.

Enjoyable

Liked: Beautiful bar and restaurant with excellent food and very attentive staff. Lovely details in the rooms and comfortable bed .
Disliked: Room was very small.

Rampant profiteering (£440 a night)...

Disliked: Small, poky room. Lack of staff. Poor service. Failure to provide adequate drinking water in room. Failure to replenish in-room supplies. Bathroom drain smelled.

Luxury Liverpool stay in an...

Liked: Everything - the building itself is so impressive and historic but beautifully and sensitively decorated. Staff are great so is location, for the station and town.
Disliked: Nothing not to like.

Amazing hotel in centre of...

Liked: Amazing hotel in the centre of Liverpool just a short walk from shops, restaurants and bars. Both the spa and treatments were perfect and staff were very attentive and friendly. Would definitely stay again.
