I’ve stayed in many hotels...

Liked: Location very good
Disliked: Felt is wasn’t value for money and only more then 5 occasions had to speak to staff as we didn’t have things in our room and they still wasn’t sorted

Liked: Fabulous hotel staff so helpful every member of staff was lovely x will definitely book again x
Disliked: There wasn't anything we didn't like

Liked: Lovely hotel and staff
Disliked: Waited one hour and 10mins for breakfast as they forgot our order.they did refund breakfast money and have offered to give us a complimentary spa day next time we visit

Great stay but disappointed by...

Liked: The staff and hotel were great. Beautiful building and brilliant location, 10 mins walk from Lime Street and the same to Liverpool One.
Disliked: I chose the hotel because of the pool and was travelling with my teenage son. When we arrived I was told under 18s were not allowed to use it, this definitely is not clear when booking and we were really disappointed. This needs to be clearer on booking.com to avoid others making this mistake.

Liked: The building is beautiful. Room has high ceiling, very spacious. Staffs are nice.
Disliked: Bathroom waterproofing can be improved

Warm, friendly and professional staff.

Liked: Good location everything walking distance. Can hear a club close by on a Saturday night but didn’t seem to bother us. Room is a lot smaller than it looks on the pictures but still really nice and luxury vibe
Disliked: Paid for chocolate covered strawberries for £25 in the room for a surprise birthday present but was abit steep for what we got
