Great location and friendly staff...

Liked: Perfect location and very friendly, helpful staff.
Disliked: Our room was on the street side and quite noisy at night. Breakfast was ok with choices but could have been better.

Disliked: The bathroom smelled very bad (smelling like drains). This smell pervaded the entire room. Furthermore, our room was on a floor without an elevator.When we asked to change the room, it seemed possible, but then a receptionist looked at us unpleasantly and finally changed the room.

Liked: Only the location and the courtyard were beautiful.
Disliked: Despite booking the most expensive room, they cheated us. we were assigned a dreary attic room with no air conditioning. Even though I'd mentioned my pregnancy in the booking notes, we had to take the elevator and then climb the stairs again. And to top it all off, the room had a mezzanine. I reported this to the front desk, but they didn't have a room suitable for my payment and offered to move us to a smaller room. However, no refund was offered. We couldn't sleep for three nights due to the heat, and we couldn't open the windows because of the mice. It was a terrible experience.

Gorgeous Stay and Wonderful Staff

Liked: Gorgeous stay in the heart of Prague!!! Such friendly and helpful staff! We felt so welcome and the room was amazing!
