Liked: Only the location and the courtyard were beautiful.
Disliked: Despite booking the most expensive room, they cheated us. we were assigned a dreary attic room with no air conditioning. Even though I'd mentioned my pregnancy in the booking notes, we had to take the elevator and then climb the stairs again. And to top it all off, the room had a mezzanine. I reported this to the front desk, but they didn't have a room suitable for my payment and offered to move us to a smaller room. However, no refund was offered. We couldn't sleep for three nights due to the heat, and we couldn't open the windows because of the mice. It was a terrible experience.

Gorgeous Stay and Wonderful Staff

Liked: Gorgeous stay in the heart of Prague!!! Such friendly and helpful staff! We felt so welcome and the room was amazing!

Disappointing

Liked: Pretty courtyard and great breakfast.
Disliked: Upon arriving, the staff were unhelpful and cold. The first room they put us in smelled like stale smoke. Upon request to move rooms, they put us in a smaller and less nice room. The shower would overflow and flood the bathroom, and the size of the bathroom felt more like a hostel. If I were paying half the price, it would have been fine. That being said, paying for a luxury hotel I was hoping for much better.

Perfect location- lovely hotel

Liked: We loved the property. Perfect location right by the Charles Bridge but so peaceful. The staff were by and large exemplary. And the room (we booked a suite- well worth it) was lovely. The whole property was immaculately clean and was lovely to come back to each morning. Highly recommend.
