Overrated

Liked: Kudos to the photographer for making this hotel look very luxurious when in reality it’s just old and far from 5 stars in our opinion. The room we got had a nice view over the Charles Bridge but that was about it. It lacked temperature regulation so it would get super hot at night, and the bed was small and extremely uncomfortable (mattresses was too hard). On a positive note, the staff were quite nice and the hotel was perfectly located.

Not visiting again.

Liked: Location is the best thing about the place. rooms are vintage and nice.
Disliked: Disorganized and unprofessional. Felt unsafe as solo traveler.

Beautiful historic hotel in Prague....

Liked: Beautiful hotel. We were in a gorgeous room overlooking the river. The food was lovely, we ate breakfast at the hotel. The staff were friendly. Location is great, on the river, right near the Charles Bridge. We walked everywhere in Prague.
Disliked: The sauna was a bit random. A walk away and I didn't want to walk through the hotel and across a courtyard in my robe to get there.

An amazing/memorable stay ❤️

Liked: We had an amazing 3 nights stay at The Mozart Prague. The location is PERFECT, walking distance to everything you would like to see in Prague such as Charles bridge & Old Town. The staff are super nice and very helpful. We stayed at the beautiful Full Fresco Baroque King Room, which is by far the most interesting/artistic hotel room we've ever been to. We really enjoyed it all. One comment, the food of the room service could be improved. Thank you
