Liked: The room looked great (room 55). Staff were very helpful.
Disliked: Hot water needs looking at, also the mattress either needed a topper or needs to be changed as it wasn't to comfy.

Disliked: Noise. Bingo was on and we did not sleep well at all. We weee told about it at check in but were told as we were staying the other side to boozy bingo we shouldn’t hear anything . It was awful. Slamming doors screaming shouting nearly all night

Liked: The staff were very chatty and gave me as much time as I wanted as I was on my own. Breakfast was lovely and perfect cup of twa.
Disliked: The lift was out of order. The receptionist carried my bag up for me as I find it hard to use the stairs.

Convenient and good service.

Liked: The staff looked always happy and welcoming. The location is very convenient, few blocks away from the Barry train station and in an area with restaurants.
Disliked: The room I got was very small, but enough for one person or for a couple with not much luggage. There’s no electric outlet near the bed.
