Liked: A great hotel with parking and in a good location. It was a 10 minutes walk from the centre of the town.The breakfast was efficiently served and there was a good selection to choose from. The beds were very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Liked: Superb, traditional hotel with excellent service. All the staff were polite & helpful - especially the assistant manager. Our room (number 11) was very clean - so too was the ensuite bathroom - albeit a bit small but that didnt bother us as we didnt spend much time in there! It was a real treat to have breakfast served to us - rather than the usual hotel buffet - so our food was cooked fresh to order & hot when served to our table- oh & there's an excellent choice of dishes for breakfast too. We didnt take dinner at the hotel but the menu looked excellent with lots of choice - inc a vegetarian option every night too. If you're looking for a hotel with traditional values & excellent service you'll not be disappointed.
Disliked: Small bathroom in room 11 - but didn't spoil our stay.
