Very high quality hotel at...

Liked: Everything basically!
Disliked: Being really picky.......... it wasn't actually freshly squeezed OJ for breakfast!!!

Liked: My room was clean and big enough for my needs. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: The radiator didn’t get very hot, even when turned fully on. Not an issue for me, but an older person may have needed additional heating.

Disliked: Booking .Com was a nightmare to use. The Hotel was excellent but your system was too complicated, and for a computer novice, never again. A telephone call could have achieved the booking in minutes, not wasted an afternoon fighting the computer.

Liked: Location was good central to Sidmouth and a quiet location with on site parking.

Adequate

Liked: Staff very attentive, a little loud first thing in the morning as they chatted. Breakfast was very good, large choise and very quick service.
Disliked: Single room a little small, bathroom tight but usable. no on site capability for evening meals so have to preorder disappointing. whole hotel a little dated and showing its age internally.
