Liked: I liked the restaurant it was very classy and I loved the design of the hotel. The staff were lovely and it was in a great location
Disliked: The room was a little simplistic I expected it to be better giving the 5 star rating The room also stank of cigarette smoke and was cold

Perfect for purpose

Liked: The location was amazing, and the room was beautiful, clean, and modern. The breakfast was unbelievable, the service was amazing, and the food was excellent. We appreciated being able to hold our luggage during the day, and the staff were accommodating with a later checkout. The gym facilities were good and modern for a typical hotel gym. The whole building was clean and luxurious, and I would stay again. Quiet despite being so close to the main centre, being over the river helped. Super comfy bed and modern bathroom facilities.
