Liked: Location… staff. If you want to see Dublin, it’s the perfect spot. You’re in the center of everything.
Disliked: I am certified hotel manager so I use different eyes when I stay in properties… 1. I was concerned about the Shower as it has no railing to get out (it’s very deep) and I saw this as a big safety hazard. As a disabled veteran, i had difficulty getting out of the shower. 2. The lighting was very bad. It was hard to see or read when needed. 3. The towels need to be updated they were frayed and color had faded

Liked: The location is absolutely phenomenal. It is central to everything touristy and downtown Dublin. We can’t wait to come back!

Passport Puzzle

Liked: Very nice hotel. Large room, beautiful bathroom, very comfortable beds. Great location.
Disliked: Accidentally left my passport at the hotel, called from the airport to see if they could check the safe and they called back informing me that my passport was not anywhere in the room. I went back to the hotel to look for myself, and I had to insist on going into the room as I was convinced it was there. They were not happy with that as the room had already been cleaned, and they assured me three people had swept the safe. I walked into the room, went straight to the safe, put my hand in it, and there was my passport. Explanation??? Who knows? Very aggravating as I had already missed my flight (yes, my fault as i should have made absolutely sure my passport was in its pouch) and I had to purchase another more expensive flight back. Hotel paid for taxi back to airport.

Enjoyable stay in central Dublin

Liked: Location in the heart of Temple Bar. Endless choice of bars and restaurants. Room was well appointed and with excellent coffee machine. Restaurant was good and staff were Uber friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Air conditioning kept going off. Facilities quoted parking but this is across the road in public car park which was reasonably expensive even after 50% discount for hotel guests.
