Liked: On an exceptionally hot day it was so refreshing to arrive to our room with the air con on, sparkling clean, bottles of water and the friendliest of staff

Exceptional

Liked: The location, personnel, rooms, breakfast, and service were perfect. I really have zero complaints. From Sophia at check-in & check-out and everyone in between the service was great. Can't beat the location. Both my suite and additional room were updated, impeccably clean and a good size. AC worked great in rooms. Showers were great as well. We added in breakfast and it was worth the value.
Disliked: Pleasantly surprised that I have nothing that I didn't like.

Disliked: We paid for a superior queens room and our room was nothing like the pictures which was disappointing, was very small and cramped especially the bathroom.
