Liked: I am a Houston native and lived there for 18 years growing up. I was returning to town for my high school reunion, so I know the city VERY well. I've always thought of Houston hotel options as, frankly, pretty dismal — typically you're paying 300-400+ per night for a super weak/unimpressive Marriott or other chain. When I came across this boutique hotel in City Center, I decided to go for it. It exceeded EVERY expectation and was an absolutely phenomenal hotel in every way. The staff was excellent, the location can't be beat — and especially if you're a visitor, it offers the very rare (for Houston) access to walkable shops and restaurants — and the room was giving 5-star luxury hotel. The common areas in the lobby, restaurants, and pool were absolutely stunning. I'll never stay anywhere else in Houston again.
Disliked: Truly nothing — this was a 10/10.

Liked: Always loved the location. They have done a great work with the renovation and its even better to stay at the hotel. Always clean and the most spacious rooms I have seen.
Disliked: Breakfast is still expensive and quite boring.
