Staff fantastic, couldn’t do enough...

Liked: Family is fantastic with the twin room in a separate room and the queen bed has a lounge which meant we could sit comfortably when the little ones went to sleep.

Lovely stay

Liked: Nicely decorated and in a pretty area. Gloucester quays just down the road, which was great for food, drink and shopping.
Disliked: Could do with being a little more careful with room preparation...only one cup for coffee when a couple had booked. I'm sure they would have given us another one had we asked though but we were too busy enjoying the area!

Liked: Clean tidy, easy access by code.
Disliked: Noisy main road, thought breakfast was included turned out was not.

Wouldn’t stay again was very...

Liked: Location is great and parking and that’s about it
Disliked: Bathroom was dated and dirty, shower which was a square in the ceiling was poor and mirror very rusty, no staff to check you in, and room was unbearably hot and couldn’t have windows open because there was a bad smell of sick and flies coming in as near a river

Not what I would expect...

Liked: The room was large and nicely decorated.
Disliked: There was a very noisy main road right opposite the hotel, and a noisy air-conditioning unit right outside our window. As it was a heatwave we had to have the windows open and I hardly slept.

Very good

Liked: Parking, Room - very comfortable bed and well appointed(except bathroom - see below) and location. Staff helpful and friendly giving a warm welcome, however our waiter at dinner seemed a bit forgetful.
Disliked: Bathroom let the whole room down - no blind or curtain just patterned glass, mould evident around bath (a simple fix) . Beautiful jacuzzi corner bath disabled with no plug leaving just a fixed overhead shower (no flexible hose) and large bathroom mirror in very poor state - not what you expect from a "Deluxe Room". Breakfast only served from 9am - had to rush to get away.
