Disliked: We didn't use the spa/saunas. Who'd use them in the middle of the summer with outside temperatures reaching 38C

Incredible hotel with lovely staff,...

Liked: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean modern and very spacious! Exactly as shown in the pictures.
Disliked: The location wasn’t as close as we had hoped, being a good 25 minute walk to the heart of Florence and most of the attractions. This isn’t a deal breaker as the walk along the water with beautiful bridges and views to take in was lovely..

Beautiful, luxurious and comfortable hotel.

Liked: Well thought out design and set up that works perfectly for the relaxed traveler.
Disliked: Nothing really - maybe just the fact that it doesn’t have its own restaurant for lunch and dinner.

Liked: The hotel was beautiful in a great location. Only 20 nineties from the Duomo. Nice and clean
Disliked: They have their own parking but you need to pay 35 euros separately for that. The advertisements don't mention paid parking. It says free. Ut is 35 euro if you want it valeting. Nothing was mentioned about paying when communicated with them. I paid 35 euros on the checking out, and the car wasn't valeted .
