Fantastic property, good location, and...

Liked: The property was fantastic! Beautiful clean spacious rooms. Breakfast was great with lots of food choices. The free use of the spa and sauna was a bonus.
Disliked: Everything was great 15 min walk to station but 20-25min walk to centre. We didn’t mind the walk at all every day, but something to think about if you rather be in the hustle and bustle of the historic centre.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent - huge choice, fresh, delicious.
Disliked: The spa had limited opening times and so we weren't able to use it.

Liked: Breakfast was amazing, with personalized options to choose from. The spa was also very nice! We do wish it stayed open a little later, but overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Liked: Breakfast and room and hotel decor were excellent. Spa is a lovely facility
Disliked: The bar exists and is lovely but deserted and unstaffed. The spa attendant is downright surly.

Wonderful stay in Florence!!

Liked: This 4* Superior hotel can easily beats 5* hotels with walkable distance to the center and the train station.. Highly recommended!!
Disliked: Nothing.

Fabulous stay.

Liked: I can't recommend it highly enough. We really enjoyed our stay here, from the room to the spa to the fabulous breakfast, especially the cakes and pastries to the staff. The special Moon teabags were a lovely touch and excellent taste. Our room was overlooking a busy road but such was the effectiveness of the double glazing we hardly heard a thing! I would not hesitate to stay here next time we are in Florence.
