Great vibe! Rude check in...

Liked: The location is an easy walk to Old town. The decor was fabulous!
Disliked: I believe the gentleman who checked us in was named Isaac. He was rude and unprofessional. I misunderstood something he said, and he told me I needed hearing aids. (Not as a joke) Later, when we came to the lounge to get ice, (the ice machine was broke.) he reluctantly got us ice. When we asked about the party/family room, he said he would open it for us, but requested that we clean up our shit. He used the word shit twice. To be clear, we didn't want to use the room, we were just inquiring about it. His manner was completely unprofessional.

Loved my stay

Liked: I was so impressed with the customer service. I was moved the moment I said the room too noisey for me . Close to the old town
Disliked: Nothing wrong with this place

Neon Lights, and a Pool

Liked: Vintage charm upgraded with modern ergonomics; plenty of well placed plugs and ports, excellent lighting, and even living plants inside the room.

Liked: Outside restored beautifully.
Disliked: Too modern. Hoping for a more retro vibe.

Exceptional

Liked: The Staff was extremely kind and we love the fact we could take all our kids and stay in the same room but still have our own privacy. Rooms were clean and love how they renovated the space.
Disliked: We have nothing that we didn’t like

Comfortable, convenient stay with parking

Liked: Close to downtown, large comfortable rooms, parking
Disliked: The shower head, while modern wouldn’t stay in place and the hot water pressure was low so showering was tricky - only time I’ve had that issue here before though!

Liked: Very beautifully decorated room. Friendly helpful staff. Easy walking distance to Old Town. I always stay here when I come to Albuquerque which is once a year!
Disliked: All Good!
