Liked: Staff were helpful and polite.Hotel was spotless. Meals varied and excellent.
Disliked: Air conditioning in the bedrooms would have been good.Fans were provided but not very effective.

Liked: The beds were very comfy and beautifully made up. The pools were nice and cool for the hot weather and there was lots of seating on the patio beside the pool.The staff were all lovely and very attentive.
Disliked: It would have been good to have air conditioning, we did have a fan but it wasn't quite the same but I know this probably isn't an issue for most of the year.Our bathroom was a bit compact but manageable, a shelf to put tolietries on would have been great.A few plugs around the beds would have been really helpful as well.

Liked: Great hotel just 15 minutes walk from the centre of St. Helier. Staff were very helpful and polite and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely leisure facilities consisting of both an indoor and outdoor pool with a gym. Excellent breakfast. Couldn’t fault this one bit and would definitely recommend it.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike

Liked: Very clean, well kept. Excellent attention from friendly and well trained staff. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable

Liked: Lovely breakfast, daughter has Coeliac disease & staff were so helpful to accomadate gluten free options.
Disliked: Perhaps some Gluten free pastries/ treats would be nice.
