The upgrades are wonderful, the...

Liked: Our "house" was convenient for 3 generation family including a 1 and 3 year old. The beach and harbor are both beautiful, as it has been for me for over sixty years.
Disliked: The main king bedroom could use blackout curtains, the south windows were a 6;00AM wake up call!

Liked: I love the view of the water also how accommodating the staff was.
Disliked: For the price that I paid I believe we could've gotten more value elsewhere.

We loved the location and...

Liked: Clean and in the perfect location. The kitchen was also a plus.
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable. Needs new or improved mattress. Tiniest shower I have ever seen.
