Liked: It was a great location for walking down to the harbour and waterfront. Breakfast was included.
Disliked: Parking was a problem. Couldn't find one nearby.

Great location, good cooked breakfast...

Liked: The ease of communication, simple checking in procedure. Our room was ready early which was a relief, we didn’t fancy lugging our bags around the town with us and the initial communication said not to arrive at the property until the check-in time of 2pm The bedroom fan was a massive plus in this heat
Disliked: One small gripe, the breakfast for a Sunday morning seemed a little early and the check out at 10am did too. We was told we could stay until 11am but then we was back to the dilemma of lugging bags around with us. We had planned to spend the day in Torquay, we didn’t feel it was welcomed that bags could be left. I suppose we are used to hotel stays and took this for granted that you could just leave them.

Liked: Great communication throughout, large rooms modern and clean. Very quiet even though we were in the front of the house. 10 minute walk to the town centre. Good selection for breakfast that had to be ordered the night before.

Liked: The breakfast was cooked fresh, coffee machine added bonus
Disliked: If I were to be picky the pillows were very flat ,abe due for new ones
