Disappointing

Disliked: Room towards the noisy street even when I told them in advance that I wanted a quiet room when booked 7 months before stay.

Very good

Liked: Good location. Steff excellent. Very clean.
Disliked: We paid on booking for breakfast only to find that a cooked breakfast was extra. If you pay extra for a full English, you're not going to eat much of the continental that you have already paid £13.95 for. Also tea and coffee not fresh.

Disliked: Room was very small, step to bathroom dangerous. Damp on the wall. Shower had no power

Great stay!

Liked: Great location, staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely hotel with everything you need. The air conditioning was an absolute bonus. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Rooms did need a bit of tlc. Window didn't lock.

Liked: We have been upgraded to a bigger and quiet room which we appreciated a lot. Good beds.Good location near underground station.
Disliked: The bathroom was a bit old and small.

Liked: Location was amazing
Disliked: The air conditioning was rubbish.It was hotter in the room than anywhere else in the hotel.it was even cooler outside on the street.I think you should be able to turn air con lower than 19.

Highly recommended!

Liked: We had a lovely one night stay at the Montana Hotel for my 40th birthday. The hotel is in a very good location two minutes from Gloucester Road tube station. Traditional decor but nice and clean. The staff were able to accomodate my request for a room on an upper floor and surprised me with wine and chocolates which was incredibly nice of them and will always be remembered. A special thank you to Shashi at the reception, he was very attentive, friendly and kind and made our stay very special!
