Great stay but please pay...

Liked: The reception and bar staff were great. The location is fantastic. Opposite the tube and surrounded by cars, restaurants, shops, etc
Disliked: The curtain lace had a big hole in it, there was no full length mirror in the room, the shower cubicle was extremely small, the aircon was not powerful at all and only located at one end of the room so other side of room had no cool air, it was extremely noisy at night as room based at front of hotel, the restaurant staff spoke constantly in their own language in front of guests which is extremely rude.

Great location, very good value,...

Liked: Brilliant location, welcoming staff, near to tube station, shops, restaurants and a short walk to the Royal Albert Hall which we were visiting.
Disliked: Being a bit picky but could have cleaner bedroom walls, some drink splash stains in places. Plug socket/ charger near to bedside would have been useful.

Liked: Everything. This is my 6th stay in the last 4 years. I always ask for a certain room and most always get my request. The location at the center of London is fabulous. Restaurant is 5 stars. The front desk the best. 🇬🇧

Liked: The location was fantastic. A 2 minute walk to the underground train station, local buses, and HopOn HopOff buses. Lots of eateries nearby and supermarket.
Disliked: No ramp at the front so had to carry the suitcases up the front steps. Also to get to our room, there were additional steps. Most rooms had no step access from the lift.

Good location that provides Excellent...

Liked: Location 5 minute walk from Gloucester station and 30. Minute walking distance to Kensington Palace, Albert Hall and Hyde Park. Many restaurants are also close with some within a block of the Montana. Staff were friendly and helpful. Sharing a washroom to shower was not a problem if used early in the morning. Highly recommend this Hotel that provides good value at a reasonable price point.
Disliked: Would be nice to have own washroom

Disliked: Should have told me which station to leave the train. I walked 45 minutes, while the other station was 4 minutes away
